Send the raw clip exactly as filmed — we do all the editing. Where a mission says “the glass” it means a glass of the finished orange drink — no product yet? Orange squash reads identical on camera.

What's HDR and why turn it off?
HDR (High Dynamic Range) makes videos look great on your phone but washed-out, dim or flickery once we edit clips together and post them — so we need it off.

iPhone: Settings → Camera → Record Video → switch OFF “HDR Video”.
Samsung: Camera app → ⚙️ Settings → Advanced video options → switch OFF “HDR10+ videos”.
Other Androids: Camera app → Settings → look for “HDR” or “Rich colour” and switch it off.
